The Utah trout fajitas were mindblowingly good. Chimayo is my favorite place in Park City!
Very unique menu and was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had.
In town from Cincinnati, this restaurant is an excellent experience. My table had the Steak, the Lamb and the Duck. Every single dish was incredible. If you have the time, give Chimayo a chance. I simply can't imagine anyone leaving unsatisfied.
