This is the perfect place to stop after a long hard drive or ski (northish, Alps or hinterland). The beer is pretty good, although it is all 4.0% beer. The food is not amazing, but it will make your belly beautiful and full of rich foods that repeat your electrolyte requirement. The location is also great, as it is directly on the highway near Kimball Junction and it is fucked away. Oh, and they have beautiful, big and warm room heaters!
Brewery in their early years were always my favorite, and this is up there with the best. They hold a friendly staff, have great events and specials and are deeply involved in the community. And they are next to Bad Apple Trailhead for a fun mountain bike. Look at them when you come by... just a minute or two of I-80. Oh, and the beer is good too! Try a take-home of their Peak Series for full experience!
I always love stopping here! They have great beers, many events, and they always apply a variety of food trucks that park outside. It is a really funny environment with bar games, pitcher from Park City brewed beer and fun food options from the third party food providers.
Park City brewery and the tap room are awesome. I was there on Wednesday night when there was trivia and the Komrades food truck was there. The wrap I had from Komrades was possibly the most delicious of my life! And the beer (the rye, Brown ale, blonde, and the Stout were delicious and completely 100% drinkable. Great food and great times !
