Artisan Pizza - Parker

Fig pizza isn't something I'd ever think to try but it's my new favorite. Their customer service is amazing and the pizza is perfect. Not too soggy or doughy, and perfectly crispy without the burnt char taste.

Delicious pizza and good value ! This was my first visit I ordered the Fabulous Fig and I will definitely go back. The restaurant was spotless and all of the ingredients for the pizza looked fresh and tasty! My only thought is to offer larger water cups. I went to the soda fountain four times for a refill of my tiny glass.

How have I not been here until this past week! Wow! Absolutely loved this local pizza gem! We had four different pizzas and all of them hit the mark! We had one of the gluten free crusts as well and it was a joy to have a GF pizza that actually had great flavor! Definitely our new local pizza place!

I’ve had here, Collona’s, Portfino’s, and Antonio’s and this is definitely my favorite pizza in Parker. The sauce is great! Not sweet. The crust is crispy and meaty, you really gotta pull it apart. It was pulled out of the brick oven with the right amount of crust char and as someone who is frequently disappointed with pizza, I was very excited to find this place close to home. My only request is that there would be a salad/pizza special. Where I could get a salad and a slice for lunch. Thanks for the amazing pie! A lot of work obviously goes into it

Very quick fired pizza. Service was a 10 out of 10. Friendly and helpful young lady. Wife and I got signature pizzas. Both were very good. We both agreed we wanted more sauce. Will come back.
