Butterfield's Ice Cream - Parker

I am extremely disappointed by the ice cream cake that was made for my child's birthday party. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was rude and unprofessional, which should have been a red flag. I specifically requested a plain vanilla cake with Oreo filling, and asked if they could add a caramel drizzle and blue writing. I was told there would be extra charges for each, which I was willing to pay. However, when the cake arrived, it was a disaster. It was embarrassing and not at all what I had requested. I had to quickly cover it up with cupcake decorations from a party supply pack. It was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Always excellent. We've visited 81 times (according to my credit card) over the last four years. The staff is always friendly, the ice cream is always wonderful. It's our favorite store in Parker.

My first time trying Butterfield ice cream was absolutely delicious! We sampled S'mores, Butter Pecan, Turtle, and Rocky Road flavors. I particularly enjoyed the walnuts in the Rocky Road instead of almonds. The S'mores flavor, with cinnamon ice cream, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham pieces, was my favorite. The lady who served us was very friendly and patient as I asked about each flavor. I think we've found our new favorite ice cream spot and are already planning our next visit.

My 4-year-old asked for a sample taste, but they refused, which I found ridiculous. I won't be going back. Baskin Robbins has better flavors, selection, and offers samples at a cheaper price. Don't bother wasting your time here.

Hands down the most delicious ice cream I have ever had! I love supporting a local family business! I have never had anything I didn?t like. The lemon cream ice cream as well as the seasonal palisade peach ice cream are my favourites! We?ve skipped dinnerfor Butterfield?s multiple times because it?s that good!
