Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely pathetic experience. Store manager Robert made one UNHAPPY customer with the way I was just treated. DO NOT GIVE THIS DOMINO?S BRANCH YOUR MONEY. I ordered my food at 5:53pm and was aware of slow conditions tonight due to weather, which is why they estimated over an hour for delivery. I called 1.5 hours after I placed my order, and was told the order was ready to go, and would be here in 30 mins or less (7:45pm ETA now). I said thank you and waited until8:10pm to call back in and see where my food was. The store employee told me it was out with a driver, and I requested my tip and delivery charge be refunded for the now 2hr order time (still willing to pay for my food). Robert could beheard in the background shouting that ?If that guy wants money back he has to cancel the order! No money back otherwise!? I then requested to speak to Robert as he interfered with two store employees trying to help me. Robert actuallyinformed me that my pizza had JUST BEEN MADE (completely contradicting the hour earlier conversation), and said my order had already been cancelled (not something I had requested at all). He argued with me, a now almost 3 hour deliverywindow customer STILL WILLING TO PAY FOR MY FOOD, that they couldn?t refund the delivery charge as they were still ?providing that service?. Horrible experience, embarrassing customer care, and what a child of a store manager. Domino?sshould be ashamed.
I order from dominos carry out pretty much every day. I was first using the one and only dominos that was in Parker and they were not able to get my order right ever. I can?t have the garlic butter on my crust, but they never seemed to read that I always had to wait for a remake with no apology. Since this new store in stroh ranch opened up my pizza order has hardly ever been wrong and if it is I get a heart felt apology and it?s fixed quickly. Everyone please give this newstore a try. I know delivery times are sometimes long but that?s bound to happen when an area that hasn?t had delivery options for their area before finally gets it. Thanks Dominos Stroh Ranch team!!!
I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff and the food has always been good, however the timing for this location is off. I've had 2 out of 2 experiences where they missed the mark. 1. I ordered a day ahead for about 10 pizzas to be ready by 5pm. As I saw zero progress via text or the app I called about 15 minutes before 5, and they were just prepping. I arrived at 5:05 and waited until almost 5:20 to get them. 2. Ordered for delivery at 4:55. Estimatewas 5:25. At 5:30 with no update, I called. They said 45 minutes plus for delivery. I said I'd pickup instead. They said the pizza was going into the oven. I live about 10 minutes away. I arrived 11 minutes later, somehow still in the oven.I got my pizza at 5:50pm. Positive was they did correct the price for pickup and again very good customer service.
