This restaurant is a gluten-free paradise, with 94% of their menu dedicated to gluten-free options. They also provide choices that are soy and dairy-free. Everything we tried was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It can get quite busy, so it's a good idea to make a reservation. They also have online ordering available.
**Pros:** The soup was quite good, though different from what I usually expect. The broth was flavorful and rich, leaning more toward sweet than sour. It’s tough to achieve the right balance of flavors in this dish. I requested it to be as spicy as possible, but it arrived only “pretty hot.” I suppose I’m just looking for a stronger kick! **Cons:** I’m not a fan of white button mushrooms—they alter the soup's texture and aren't traditional. I haven't found a place yet that uses entirely authentic ingredients. The soup was almost $20 for about 3-4 average-sized cups, served in a neat steel pot with a lit flame underneath. However, it was quite clunky and messy to ladle the soup into my bowl. Additionally, I waited around 30 minutes for my food, which seemed excessive considering the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The waitress was very polite and cheerful, but it felt like she forgot about me when I was ready to settle the bill. Overall, it's a nice, cozy Thai restaurant managed by a group of millennials, and it retains a bit of local character. I had a pretty good experience!
Fabulous!! Everything I've tried has been excellent! I haven't had mango sticky rice like this since my trip to Thailand! Indochine Cuisine truly offers a wonderful variety of Thai, Vietnamese, and sushi dishes. Both my husband and I are thoroughly impressed! I can’t wait to go back!! Thank you!
One of the best places in Parker! My partner and I have tried their curries, rice dishes, noodle dishes, and summer rolls, and they've all been excellent except for the rice noodles, which have been consistently overcooked and mushy. Another minor concern is that the ceramic cups for hot sake don't keep the drink warm for very long. Aside from these small issues, everything else has been nearly perfect, especially the consistently friendly and professional staff. The drunken noodles and basil fried rice are personal favorites of mine.
