Inta Juice Loveland Mountain View

I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it ended the same way as the first. The first time, I thought maybe the staff member was just having a bad day, so I decided to give them another chance. But today was no different. I walked in at 7:05, and the employee greeted me by glancing at his watch instead of acknowledging me. The door was open and the "open" sign was illuminated, yet the service was lacking. I’ve decided to take my business somewhere else.

I've visited Inta Juice about fifteen times, and this issue has occurred a few times. Today was particularly disappointing. When I pay for a 32oz drink, I expect to get 32oz, not just 24oz. Manager: Please assist your staff in improving their calculations to prevent these shortages. I noticed you hesitated about making more, but opted for the easier way out. A note to the owner: Berry Blendz doesn't need to repeatedly bang their container on the table to prepare their smoothies, and I’ve never found a whole strawberry sitting at the bottom of my cup there like I do at Inta Juice. Investing in better blenders would benefit both your employees and customers. Consider it. Update: I'm raising my rating to a 4 because of the manager's assurance.

We visited Inta Juice for the first time today. My husband and I both ordered açaí bowls, and the prices were reasonable. However, I was unsettled when I saw a worker cut the banana for my bowl using his bare hands. After that, he grabbed a dirty towel to wipe down the counter and then picked up the same banana again without washing his hands in between. No gloves were used at any point. I cannot imagine returning to a place that doesn’t require its staff to wear gloves while handling food.

My request is that when sherbert is going to be used in a drink, that it be properly labeled as such on the menu. I was looking for a healthy smoothie and ended up with an overly sweetened dessert. If that is the direction of the shop, no worries. We'll come here for dessert and elsewhere for healthier smoothies.

Had a very unfortunate experience with the Parker store and it tainted my view of the company/brand as a whole. Michael Davis is very aggressive and combative and no smoothie is worth being there.
