Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Parker

I placed a pickup order since I had my child and dog in the car. The phone rang and rang while the staff just stood around. Eventually, they picked up, but then they hung up on me. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues here. If I have to go inside and hear them say that I have to get my own food and that they won’t help, it’s really frustrating.

The worst experience was when we ordered delivery, and the driver simply walked away with our food. While this may not be entirely Red Robin's fault, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Despite my attempts to reach out, they have completely ignored me and left us without a refund for an order we never received. If you go to any other Red Robin (or even just another burger place), you will likely have a much better experience.

My wife wanted to go to Red Robin, but I was hesitant because I thought the loud atmosphere would be overwhelming. However, to my surprise, we were seated at a table in the bar area where it was much quieter and filled with adults. The experience turned out to be wonderful. Our waiter was exceptional and catered to our specific dietary needs. We will definitely be returning soon, all thanks to Red Robin. As for accessibility, the host provided us with an excellent table, and they were very accommodating since my wife has a disability.

Health dept should visit immediately! Walked in Saturday and it was disgusting. Sticky tables, food and garbage piled up on floor, really gross. Will never be back and feel lucky we never got sick from past curbside orders. Walked out.
