Although the first helper was nice I tipped her but returned to a helper who insisted I couldn 't have a refill on the coffee i had just ordered 30 mins prior. I hope they read this review and don 't let this happen to others. I 'm not a hostile customer or have a axe to grind haha but walked away unsatisfied and felt uncomfortable being told I couldn 't have the coffee I just ordered. This is a coffee spot... This probably speaks to workers not focused on business success or taking the time to make the customers happy. She seemed only happy with doing what make her happy. Sad
Organization at that location mostly push you to leave to go somewhere else... The guy there takes so much time for one single order. It's insane... I should had stop to the other location on Jordan and Lincoln. The detour would have been totally worth it !!!
This place has fast service even if they are busy. I also found a new amazing drink. they take their vanilla bean frappuccino and add 6 pumps of pfefferminze. it looks like snow and tastes like Christmas.
I just waited in the line for a few minutes to get my coffee, but once I tried to pay with my Starbucks app, I couldn't because they didn't scan the QR code the only other form of payment that I had was Apple pay that didn't work. no coffee this morning.
Service was good and friendly staff member. Short on goodies, stock was low. Workers do their. Best???
