The casino is pleasant and doesn't have any lingering cigarette smoke. The restaurants serve delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! It was a nice atmosphere, and I even left with some extra cash after gambling a bit, which made me really happy. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. Overall, I’d rate it a 5 out of 5!

This restaurant has a fantastic location, easily accessible by the river. Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5.

The sheets had what looked like possible blood spots, stray makeup (even though I hadn't worn any), and hair that didn't belong to me, while the mattress cover had a few dried spots as well—quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were spider webs in the corners with little spiders. In the bathroom, we found dried cup rings on the sink left by previous guests, and the sink was clogged. When I called maintenance, they did come, but upon returning, we found the sink still clogged, and our towels had been used to mop up the water spilled on the floor. There was also blonde hair all over the bathroom floor (I have dark hair), alongside dust bunnies. The light switches were extremely dirty. As for the customer service, it was quite disheartening. There was a lack of warmth or friendliness—no greetings, smiles, or anything to make us feel welcome. The check-in process felt mechanical, as if we were an inconvenience to them. The pool area was also messy. While the slide was closed for maintenance—which was understandable—the pool itself had grime settled at the corners on the bottom. We don't gamble, but that area seemed nicer. I took some pictures but not many. I hope this feedback helps you if you decide to stay here in the future.
