The pudding was cold on the bottom. The meat was not hot. The mushed potatoes lumpy and very very hot. Like they were microwaved. I don’t think the food was made to order. The pudding was almost $30, which was very expensive for what it was.
Kitchen has improved with new hires. Food now has some passion and care about it. Servers are friendly and timely. Daily specials are pretty good, beef dip on Tuesday is now awesome.
Absolutely amazing vibes. Moved here from Alberta country life and here we found our people on Karaoke Night (Tuesdays) The locals were so welcoming to us and my son sang karaoke for the first time and well, stole the show with his favourite classic The Rodeo Song 1980.The Caesers here are amaaazing. Everything is great. Our new Tuesday night stompin grounds. Karaoke of all types, levels and just pure fun.Thank you so much! From Jackson, John Brenda!
Just a passing through review local bar feel. Tables weren 't too crowded, plenty of room. I could definitely see where it would get loud but nice and easy on a Sunday evening. One star deduction for lacking enough gravy on the yorkeshire pudding, I ran out halfway through. Otherwise, both meals were great. Would definitely go again.
My friends took me to the Rod and Gun for a meal. The outdoor patio is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The restaurant has historical pictures on the walls.I did not look at the pub section.
