My son and I love A&W restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Melted ice cream, hot dog on half a piece of a hamburger bun, and worst of all after ordering six meals I was not told the Co2 machine was out when we ordered the food yet they took our drink orders and ask me to park. I waited for the food it was brought without the drinks I inquired only to be told they didn't have any drinks but I could have milk???? I asked for a refund for the drinks but was refused. I waited for a solution but was ignored. I notified management and was asked to go to my car to get the receipt so it could be photocopied instead of pulling the receipt and fixing it in store. I was frustrated since I had already spent over 25 minutes in drive thru and in the store. The food was in the car getting cold so I walked out. It's always something with this store. Not coming back because of the poor customer service in response to the situation.

Maybe they should hire people who want to work . Very slow unprofessional staff.

Staff was very friendly but quite slow given how few customers they had. Obviously they're not doing good job of keeping the bathrooms clean. Our food tasted great. Just what we expected.
