Carl’s Jr. - Parkway-South Sacramento

I asked for light ice on my soda, the entire cup was full of ice. Ran out of my drink before I even finished my food.. I maybe receive half a cup of liquid.. my fries are little bits and pieces.. my chicken was very brown.. my cheesecake was warm… I asked about the prices being wrong on the menu vs what they charged me and refused to talk to me about the very misleading menu/prices. This visit was ridiculous!

There was an older guy at the drive-thru window. Who had a great attitude at the order speaker. Then when we got to the window (we wanted milkshakes, 4 of them) he had an even better attitude. I gave him my business card to look me up because I own several businesses that I might have to steal him from Carl's Jr. Didn't remember his name, but keep up the good work.

Elk Grove Blvd great service great food...Jesse went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience.

It's fast food.. the fries were okay, and the California burger was ok.

My cashier Ma Teresa made me feel very welcomed when I arrived to dine inside. She also has very good customer service and also came to ask how the food was. I will definitely be visiting here in the near future. Amazing staff at this location.
