Arby's - Parma Heights

Dear arbys but at this place check their receipts! these youngs overload them and hope that they will not catch it, then when they catch them and ask them to repair the money, they act as if they did not know how to do it. that happened to me at this place more than once.

The service is not safe. never seen an almost food place that lasts as long as a traditional restaurant to get them eating on the trip. if everything was hot, I could increase the star value, but to get their food warm, and milkshakes half melted, as if they might think the strategy of providing service new. the employees see in their presentation of themselves, i.e. the 1-star atmosphere, in a car.

This is a new Arby's in Strongsville right off of Whitney road the service was excellent people were courteous food was hot the food was good and the price was right what more can I say....Food: 5/5

Had great service in your drive through Tues (9/6) afternoon ? ?

I am not sure what is happening at this particular Arby's, but it does seem as though they are trained to give less portions than other locations I have frequented. The Regular Classic Roast Beef Sandwich they serve is consistently a Junior size. Fries always fill half the container. I have ordered sliders and it as like eating a package of buns. I could go on. I have tried this location a few times when in the mood and it was on my commute; always thinking it would get better. Not impressed. Staff is friendly though...that can be rare these days. The food tastes great, mostly. But the portions! This issue combined with price increases that have been instituted equals me making more time to go somewhere else, non chain/franchise (even with all the coupons I am mailed). A sad story.
