Stopped today before work and was waited on at he drive thru by Sabrina. She was so nice and helpful!

Came on july 28 at 10:30pm ish and my friend and i were ordering drive thru. i was ordering and the girl asked if i wanted anything else and before i could reply she gave me the total and said to pull up. these girls need to learn patience. i was about to talk and she interrupted and said to come up. we also got the wrong drink. we went back around and ordered the rest and we were talking telling them we got the wrong drink earlier and the girl said have a nice night. we were talking loud enough to hear and there was nobody else in the drive thru. highly doubt i'll be coming back to this location.

Well I grew up going and working at this location. I'm in my mid 40s, if that helps you with a time frame, usually good service, today was one exception, service was outstanding. Feeding a family of with three grown men, a petite mid 20 woman and a growing 3rd grader, no one behind a counter wants an order like that. 9 regulars, three large fries and 4 shakes. Got it all exactly correct hot and with a smile. Oh all for under $40. They were short handed and busy on top of all that, the best service in a fast food restaurant.

This place has a convenient location on the Day Drive fast food strip. Friendly service. The menu, is not necessarily my favorite. Overly seasoned, overly salted in general. Tasty sandwiches that are loaded with sodium and fat. If you feel the need, at least this place has good service.

Not sure why every time I say charge this to my room I 'm met with blank stares and an angry manager lecturing me how this particular Arby 's apparently isn 't affiliated with any particular hotel. I happened to be wining and dining a client of mine upon this particular visit and needless to say, it was all pretty embarrassing for me. You 're lucky my client agreed to pay, also that it happened to be 2 for $5 week. See you next week. Happy Thanksgiving.
