Papa Johns Pizza - Parma

Everyone at this store is very very rude. don't waste your time. they touch money and then touch the food. on top of that, they don't have the decency to even say have a nice day or anything like that. they pretty much just throw you your order. never going back here ever, they are rude every time.

No one answered my calls when I wanted an update on my hour and 15 minute delivery. It was cold and gross by the time I had chance to eat it. Driver was very rude, no apology.

Order was correct. But delivered 20 minutes after the app said it was. And it was cold. Not even lukewarm.

Update: The order arrived at 6:50. Unfortunately, it was only slightly warm and incomplete. I don’t see much point in calling again tonight. However, the delivery driver was very nice; we’ve had her before, and she’s the only reason I’m changing my rating from one star to two.

While this is a minor mistake, the lack of care really makes me hesitant to order from them again. I understand these are challenging times, but good customer service is essential, especially now as businesses strive to survive.
