Starbucks - Parole

The staff at the restaurant are amazing! Kaylee, Anna, and Julia are especially friendly and always make my experience great. They even made my drink taste extra delicious and delightful.

I have visited this Starbucks located inside the Safeway in Annapolis several times. Unfortunately, each visit seems to be worse than the last. I am willing to overlook certain attitudes, but I have a problem when my order is not prepared correctly or the correct proportions are not given. On my most recent visit, I ordered a grande white mocha and when I got home, I discovered that my coffee was lukewarm. When I removed the lid to heat it up, I noticed that my grande-sized drink was clearly not filled to the top. Furthermore, the majority of the employees I have encountered at this Starbucks have provided subpar customer service. I have experience working as a supervisor at Starbucks myself, and understand that it can be hectic and challenging at times. However, there is no excuse for a blatant disregard for customers' orders.
