Commercial Hotel - Parramatta

The food here has significantly improved from last year. I had my farewell here and most people enjoyed their meal.A nice little place to have a pub feed and some drinks and also great for socials and drinks as the station is across the road!Would recommend this place for some simple food with taste. Prices were fair and service was pretty good.

A great place for a catch up<br <br I caught up from some of my work colleagues and ex work colleagues here. We started at the beer garden. Though it was raining outside, the beer garden is still covered so you are able to sit outside and enjoy the natural light. As you enter Left hand side of the bar you are able to smoke.<br <br There is a very large TV that you can watch sports on. My colleagues and I had a beer each. The pricing is quite reasonable. There was different groups there from tradies, couples, (adult) families and just mates catching up. The hotel was not very busy. We were there from 12pm 2pm.<br <br The smoking of other side of the garden was a bit annoying so we moved indoors in the restaurant area. Here they also have a big TV (muted). This spot is more quieter and you are able to have a conversation with your friends or group.<br <br On weekends they have a special where if you buy a beer, you can have either Steak (chips salad Veggies) or Chicken Schnitzel for $5.<br <br Overall the atmosphere is what ok and is what you make of it since you are at a pub beer gaden in Parramatta.<br <br The hotel pub is very conveniently positioned behind the Parramatta Station. If you are driving, you may need to park in the quite streets within proximity of the hotel.<br <br Will definitely return here.

My first trip to Sydney and this is the place that I landed in for my first drink.. Right opposite the station.. Think the place is divided in 3-4 separate sections.I ended trying a few of their Beers on tap..each of which was good.. Just had some finger food so can't comment much on the food.. The prices are decent.. And for a Saturday night there were enough customers and quick enough service...

Beer garden is a winner!. Recently visited this venue before a WSW game, and what a great experience!Food was great, venue was clean, service was top notch, and the beer garden is lovely.They have lunch specials on during the week, which look like great value.I'm organising my birthday soon, will definitely be checking this place out, looks like they have great spaces for parties.

We had a birthday party in Function Room last weekend. Awesome spacious room, enough seating and tables balcony. Great staff, helpful, location was perfect, across the road from train station. Would highly recommend them
