Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Visited on Tuesday November. It was lunch time when were there, they were very bust but it didn't take long for us to be served and then get our food. Good to see they had plenty of staff available as well there.

I always buy their Chocolate Shake and went there for same! But told me, they don't have any drink but cans and bottles! Honestly thought it's true. But my nephew who worked for KFC told me, it's their pack up time for closing. That's why,...they don't sell any frozen or frappe due to clean up their machine! Just think, how many customers turn off to other shops if all of your staffs doing same!

I get my lunch here a few times but it is always cold. I once told a manager and he said not much he can do now. so sad

Wanna wash your hands before touching your food? Go elsewhere! Ordered my custom made burger. Patty was dry, no juice and cold. Serving staff was polite and helpful. Toilet was closed. Apparently flooded. Floor staff was helpless when asked about washing hand. Looked at...me as if I asked her to do a backflip. What?? Wash hands? What's that??? Would I recommend this Macca's? NO.

We went in thinking this was some kind of Scottish fare from the restaurateurs name....but we were pleasantly surprised. A bit embarrasing at first when we realised there was no table service. ..but glad to see that there wasn't a trace of black pudding or...haggis to be seen on the illuminated menu board. The food was mechanistically produced by attentive teens who were happy to suggest we had fries (potato chips) with our hamburgers. Ok, just kidding... its Maccas... just enjoy it for what it is....
