The first piece of Thai food that I liked (yes, yes, I was in longrain and so.) had tom yum enjoy nudel soup and it hit that perfect mix of spicy, sweet and sour that people talk but I never personally experienced in my mouth. going through the woolshed was a bit rough, but it smells like stale cigarettes and pokies. service is very important, so they think that they take on an asian mother: spit it out and not a weak mind, but they are very happy to give them coupling pens.
The prices are very reasonable. in portions were a small fraction for my lust. the service was not very good. I think the main backslide for this restaurant is the ambiente. there is a note in the vicinity of the at the beginning of the restaurant, which use people quite often and it is quite loud when it closes. call me a snob, but close to the bogian pub clientele also distracts from ambiente. I would still recommend if they were looking for food.
In this place for a work dinner with some colleagues. After a few years (at least 5 years from memory) I returned to this place with previous bad experiences with the quality of food. Unfortunately nothing changed and in fact it was worse.... Lunch special meals are really only enough for children very robust portion sizes. We ordered Fried rice, Chilli Basil, Tom Yum soup, Laksa, etc. among others. The quality and taste was questionable, but above all the size of the meal was so small that we had to go at the end where for a snack afterwards. In addition, the owner of the joint, who takes orders and is located at the cash counter, wanted to calculate additionally 50c over the published price of their own menu. She said we're taking market prices for items. Whatever. The kitchen was also super loud with the staff talking on a high pitch when orders are received. Wouldn't recommend going here at all, there are other great places especially for Thai food in Parramatta. A price-performance restaurant that comes in mind is Sauté Thai.
Poor service that is only surpassed by the food. apropos, eating was practically rancid and I can only imagine that the meat was harvested by animals that were drowned and rotted in a field for a week before it was brewed in vomiting.
