Dhaba Express - Parsippany

I visited Dhaba Express with my husband, and initially, we were a bit concerned about its small size. However, our doubts were quickly put to rest once we started our lunch. For starters, we ordered malai chap, which was wonderfully rich and creamy. For the main course, we chose double dal tadka and tandoori roti; the dal tadka brought back so many fond memories from India and was incredibly comforting. We also decided to try the veggie catering biryani, even though we weren't very hungry at that point. We ended up packing it and enjoyed it for lunch the next day—it was fantastic! The restaurant was quite busy, and we also took home some moong dal halwa, which turned out to be a little too sweet for our taste. Overall, we had a great experience!

Dhaba Essen continues to disappoint with its lack of flavor. Yesterday, I ordered biryani, which was overloaded with potatoes and didn't even have a single piece of onion. I specifically ordered spicy biryani, but it was just a bland mix with no salt or spices. If we wanted potato pulao, we could easily make it at home—why spend $12 on such disappointing food from your restaurant? I also ordered garlic and butter naan, but there was no garlic naan included in the package. Furthermore, the Dhaba special dal makhani was equally bland and tasteless. It's time to either change your chefs or consider closing down. This is truly shameful.

Don't be misled by the name "Express" when it comes to this place. The food was fantastic. My favorites were the sizzling mushrooms and the lamb chop, as well as the Biryani served in a clay pot. However, the constant ringing of the phone for takeout orders was a bit distracting.

The taste of india ?? .Hidden gem in Parsippany troy hill open to 10:30 to 11 pm. If you are vegetarian/not vegetarian, this place is the right choice to satisfy your taste buds BYOB. I visited this place a few times and tried both veg non veg food both cuisine where fantastic. Dine in is limited, but you will not regret. Pahadi murgh kababab and murgh kali mirch we? Chicken dum biryani best in Nj Makko Di Roti Sarshon ka Sag , veg panner dum biryani, Jeera chili aloo, Chole Punjabi, Panner Kurchan , Dahi wale kabab also liked it. This place rarely serves RUMALI Roti today in the Indian restaurant. Loved there fast and approached service. Eat spicy, make them spices like you like. I asked for only 4-5 pieces of paneer cubes, but instead they put 15-20 pieces and not left with curry. I would not recommend this place. I also ordered other sabzi and it was the same color of the curry as this one too spicy with the flavor of black pepper. This place don?t follow instructions.
