Alexander's Steakhouse Pasadena

We had a reservation for the birthday of my mannes, and when we showed up, the restaurant was closed for renovations. we have never received a notification, our reservations were completed two days before us. really frustrating experience.

The restaurant had caught fire on Thursday and my reservation was booked for Sunday and nobody bothered me to call and tell me that it was canceled. I was embarrassed with my date.

The restaurant has not informed us that they are temporarily closed! I even received a notification on open table on the day before confirming my reservation. we celebrated four birthdays and were extremely disappointed that this happened.

The night before our 5th annual day has broken down on us. it was too late for us to book something else. has not offered any reschedule or discount or nothing.

Made reservations here but it was closed when I got there. Yelp says they’re under renovations and they never called me or disable the reservations here.
