Chado Tea Room Pasadena

Reasonable prices for traditional tee. good eating, beautiful atmosphere. a nice place in the old town of pasadena.

So disappointing. that used to be one of my favorite tea rooms. our reservation was lost the service spotty the food quality desmal. I'm afraid after years of paragliding, many places my faithful is over. the magic is gone.

Even if it was busy and short personal, I think the personal was disorganized. the service had not come first, first service. I got a table fast, but none of the server gave a menu or drink until almost an hour later after a fight to get their attention. for a super long waiting time, the tee service is not worth it. best to come if it's not busy.

Everything was great. only problem was slow service due to only 2 servers for inside and outside seats and no one behind the cash register; we could have gone without paying and no one would have noticed. we waited and paid! Other than that, it was a beautiful birthday party for my best friend.

The expectance was not as I expected, I was excited to try English tea service but the food was not what it should be.
