Church's Chicken - Pasadena

Idk, if I ever had a bad rating to this place (probably did) but after the service I had withdrawn this bad review tonight. this evening jamaya (hopefully I wrote that right) took care of me in the drive thru and he was great! super nice and friendly. normally, when we come to this specific church some, not all workers seem disgusting with their job only by the service they offer. especially if u want spicy, oh quality, which is like the hateful question of a customer, or so they make it seem. but we are still going back because this is good and I do not regret my decision tonight. the strips were on the point, the service, only everything. jamaya, when you read this, keep up the good work. church ppl u must admit where it is due and give this guy an increase or a promotion because he was the nicest contributor to the church I ever met in each of its institutions and that is everywhere in Houston/Pasadena.

Took awhile to get your order. The chicken was juicy and rolls were hot.I think they are understaffed rain for the long wait.

They didn't mention that they didn't have a half-gallon drink with the order until I asked for it. I didn't even receive any compensation.

The service was excellent and the food was served hot.

Worst customer service. I guess they don’t need the business from customers. Cashier was so rude and took whole time to get the order.
