Cicis Pizza - Pasadena

Best cicis I've been there before. cleanest, best service, best food, well sorted, fresh, on order made, fresh salad, pasta, pizza, tee. very nice, professional time efficient staff. manager is the absolute best, customer-friendly, takes care of alot about the customers. all games work, change machine, family atmosphere. bathroom is clean. drinks are clean. all about the best! we are coming back?

This restaurant has exceptional food and service, comparable to the best Landry's establishments! The manager really has the team well-organized and attentive. I noticed him discarding any stale pizzas and ensuring everything was clean and fresh. The staff was consistently engaged and busy; they never stood around idly. This is by far the best CiCi’s I’ve ever visited! I highly recommend it, and the restaurant itself was very clean. If there were an option for 6 stars, I would have chosen it!

On Friday at 5:30 PM, the restaurant was nearly full, but I had no trouble finding a seat. The fresh food available for my meal was excellent. The small play area in the back was a nice bonus, too!

I love visiting Cici's Pizza, but you need to specifically ask for fresh pizza; otherwise, they'll serve you the leftovers. I rated it a 10.

One of the first cicis locations I have been to that keeps its bar full of pizza. No one is waiting on anything. Also this is one of the cleanest locations I have been to. This is a great location to bring the family.
