El Cholo Café Pasadena

Food was pretty good, the ambience was beautiful. Had a good time celebrating Father's Day with my dad here. I especially like how they had a mariachi to play for the customers, and my did loves mariachi!

Havent been to this El Cholo in years, and really enjoy the outdoor patio, even though it was a bit warm outside. The Mariachi band was fun, if a bit loud. The food was great though, really love the enchiladas and beans! Will be back

Great old institution Mexican restaurant convenient to Pasadena downtown. Great Magaritas, and classic Mexican, very generous portions and price great. Wish they'd get rid of the old carpet, and receptionist was a bit frazzled, but food, wait service was great- we'd go back again.

Disappointed to the max, service was horrible at this location! It was my spot to go to especially for Mother’s Day but after not being attended properly and the un organization by staff and management I’m surprised this place is still in business. Will not be coming back ever and definitely Non-recommended!!

Huge Mexican restaurant. The portions are big and the food is delicious. Great place for a big party.
