This is the first Mexican Restaurant I dined in when I moved to Pasadena. Their breakfast and lunch specials are always superb. This is one of the historical Mexican Food places in the Oldtown Historical District.
10/10 we were in from Pittsburgh for the Rose Bowl and Carlos was incredible, his cooks and employee Matthew showed us such hospitality. Legit the best authentic Mexican food we’ve ever experienced. If you sleep on this place you’re missing out.
Enjoyed the enchilada and Guadalajara taco greatly.
We had some pretty great birria tacos (with guac, rice and beans) and chicken enchiladas and at a great price, especially for Old Pasadena.
