Fogo is a good experience, but this location could use a few more servers (they seemed overly busy and weren't very attentive). Prices are high (there was an additional cost to dine during lunch for NYE which wasn't disclosed- so that was a surprise) . Meats could of came out quicker and I asked for a certain item which took over 30 min to materialize (grilled pineapple) .
Though our waitress was really nice, the service was terrible. All of the meat was being served rare, and when we would asked for medium well they would never return. Also, the waiters were so far and few between that we got no selection and eventually settled for the rare steak. In the end, I only got two pieces of steak all night. We were sitting an hour without food before our check finally came. Overall, would never return to this location, big disappointment.
Disappointing experience. Went for my birthday dinner with a group of friends. The meats barely came to us and when we asked for specific meats they either did not arrive or took at least 30 minutes. Only half our table would get meat and it would run out before reaching the other half so we requested our table get whole plates or skewers of meat but they could not even accommodate that. Meats were alright. They claim to have 16 meats but we only saw 5. And they kept coming back with those specific 5 even though we asked for more. It was like our table was forgotten. Definitely did not get our money's worth. Some of the meats were still so red as well and they still served them*. Will never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to M Grill in Koreatown instead. Better quality meats and much attentive service.
Great evening. The food was great and service was wonderful.
