Gaon Korean Bbq - Pasadena

Absolutely amazing! I was traveling for work and craving Korean BBQ, something LA does best, and I'm so glad I found this place. I opted for the premium unlimited option and enjoyed marinated bulgogi, galbi, pork belly, ribeye, beef tongue, and spicy baby squid. The portions were perfect for sharing, so I ended up indulging quite a bit, but I have no regrets at all. The service was excellent, and the meat was tender and full of flavor. I'll definitely be coming back!

The quality of the meat and side dishes is excellent! Each table is equipped with a vent that effectively removes smoke from the grill, so the restaurant stays fresh and not smoky (your clothes won't smell too much like you've been to a KBBQ!). The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is quick.

Pros: Meat selection is great, and prices are reasonable. Cute girls work here. Cons: Street parking only when available. Long wait during peak hours. Slow service.

Pretty tasty, some items are a bit skimpy, good flavor though... prices are up there but it's ok... Will consider coming back if in the area.... service was awesome and friendly.... food takes a 4 star, price, 3 star service a 5 star......
