The system by which they manage and predict the timing of their online orders is comically terrible. Their location on Lake is perfectly fine, but my most recent time here had me waiting 30+ minutes past the time it said it would be ready, with no real explanation on their end. Bad management? Bad systems? Either way this will be my last visit to this location.

Super slow and not a hairnet in site. Everyone here has hair to almost their shoulders. Just hanging

I have Jersey Mike's APP. When I order food I get points which adds up to free food!I went to the foothill Blvd Pasadena location and they made me feel special. They made my sandwich to my specifications. I added a large drink and chips.It just so happened to be national sandwich day so I was able to get a free sandwich. The staff behind the counter are cheerful and very helpful. My order is always spot on and prepared perfectly.

I have a mixed review. There were too many males in there worried about what the other was doing rather than paying attention to what the customers were ordering. My rate is based off the person who took my order, the person who made my sandwich at the griddle (and missed a topping) and the person who rang me up. The person who took our order was hastily cutting the bread and wanted to get us out the door there were NO OTHER ORDERS at the time. The person who made my sandwich at the grill didn't add a topping at the end and instead just put it in a small cup and put it in the bag. And last, the person who was at the register, you were too concerned with the other people behind the counter that you weren't even paying attention to the customer in front of you, and you had the most annoyed look on your face. I added tip but it was definitely a mistake. Not coming back to this location.
