Lucky Boy Walnut Street - Pasadena

We stopped by for a quick lunch since it was just a block away from the Westin. Our grandchild enjoyed her chicken strips and fries, while the burgers were tasty and juicy. If you’re not a huge fan of fries, just order a meal that comes with them, as the portion sizes are quite generous. The place gets busy around noon, and it seemed like their burritos were the most popular choice based on the orders we saw.

I’ve passed by Lucky Boy on Arroyo Parkway numerous times and finally decided to give it a try while I was in Pasadena. I went with a friend and ordered a burger, which turned out to be quite good—loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The portion of fries was generous enough to share between two people. The meals, including the burgers, fries, and drinks, were reasonably priced at $12. There’s parking available in the rear, though street parking is limited. The staff was fast and efficient, and they even have a soda fountain. Overall, it was a great experience!

I've heard a lot about their famous breakfast burritos, and I finally got the opportunity to try them while I was in the area. We ordered the spicy chorizo burrito and the classic breakfast burrito, and both were delicious. They were gigantic, leaving us with plenty to take home. Although it was a bit pricey, it definitely lived up to the hype. There was a line, but the service was quick. They have a parking lot that can get full depending on the time, but there are also plenty of street parking options available.

I stopped by for the first time at lucky boy in Pasadena ordered a burger combo and bam 17. Dollars and some cents that was just a burger combo for one person. although it was delicious the price tag will keep me from ever going back.

Giant awesome breakfast burritos with salsa so good I could drink it!! Stopped here on a whim and boy were we not disappointed. We got the carne asada breakfast burrito. Even though there was a decent sized lined, they get the food out FAST!!! Definitely would grab a burrito here again. Yum!!
