Mcdonald's - Pasadena

The staff was friendly, but the manager was pretty rude. When one of their associates was trying to help us, the manager disciplined them right in front of us. The manager handed us our food very hurriedly but also forgot an item in our order. In specific, the manager was very unfriendly and did not interact with us at all when they were handing us our order.

Bruh. Middle bun slipped out because it was COVERED in Mac sauce. I can’t imagine who would like that much Mac sauce or what kind of health problems that type of person would have but gross. Had to throw it away.

This is the McDonald's closest to my job. So I always come here. I always get a six-piece chicken nugget, Happy meal. And for the most part, their chicken nuggets are always super crispy. And their fries are almost never soggy. Could use improvement on customer service though. Some of the employees can have an attitude.

Can’t go wrong with Mickey Dees. I only mess with the McRib when it’s back on permanent rotation. Update: They got rid of the McRib? This is why we can’t have nice things.

I ordered for McFlurry and a large fries through the drive thru. When I was at the window, the cashier said the machine was broken, so they could not give my flurry. I said alright, not a big problem. However, they still charged me for the fries and the flurry. Tried to call the restaurant, but they hang up my phone. What a bad experience from this place.
