Pizza Ravens - Pasadena

What a sweat of service! we ordered the tub doordash and the restaurant just called us to say please type or we do not supply the pizza. even if we always give a good tip. Whoever did that is not good for business. they used to be good before the new owners.

I ordered an italian hot cut I received a heated sub with cooked salami, bologna, and who knows what kind of ham. That is nothing more than an american cold cut with provolone cheese cause thats what i selected. I worked in a deli/sub shop n for an italian cold cut we always used peppered ham, genoa salami, capicoalla. Would not recommend

I ordered 3 35 inch pizzas for a birthday party. One was completely damaged. I was offered a free 35 inch pizza next time I ordered. No expiration date given. I called to order 4 weeks later and was told there is no record of my order or free pizza. I’ve called back to speak to owner, to be told he comes and goes with no schedule. Guy was extremely rude and told me to dispute with my bank. Never will order from here again. Very rude and you don’t do business like this.

Absolutely horrible- don’t order from door dash or from here in general. Basically just paid 32$ including delivery tip for a loaf of bread. The entire order is wrong and the staff blames it on door dash and doesn’t even offer to send something else out, give a credit nothing. In addition they won’t complete the order on the app so I can take the issue up with door dash, extremely poor customer service. Part of the issue is they have their menu incorrect on the app so it doesn’t go through on their end.

They used to be better. Now the food not so great. Delivery is quick though..
