Contribuisci feedbackWell they got our order wrong AGAIN !But, they did make it right..it just took us a trip to go back and pick it up..and now that some menu items are back !!! We will be going back more frequent...but we will definitely double check the order.
The food has changed. Very spicy or oily. The menu no longer has some of the favorite items.
I waited an hour for my food ,I ordered inside and other customers have gotten their orders until I went to ask about my order is when they even ask me how can I help you really. Maybe i should use drive thru next time or don't come back here
Like another person said, you don’t get what you pay for. I placed an order for a veggie bowl, extra black beans and extra rice. I did glance at it while in the car, but didn’t realize I would need to open it and dig to make sure all is there.NO black beans and a tiny bit of rice. Although there is a dried up bit of black bean scraped onto the side of the bowl. Some kind of joke from a bored worker?The last time I ordered a VEGGIE bowl, there was chicken. Which is why I took a glance at it before driving off.I’ve worked retail before, I get mistakes happen. But this is something else. I could see someone doing this to a pain in the a customer but I was polite, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
They seem to have gotten a little skimpy on the crispy tacos. They hardly have anything in them. In fact, they were so empty, the shell almost closed completely up.
