Taco Cabana - Pasadena

I didn't even want to set a star because every time I come to get a command placed by the olo, they are very rude and have settings. they always claim that the order has not come in and I personally work in the food industry and could see the order on the screen.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Don’t go here. The drive thru is horrible. They repeat your order to you when you order, when you are at the window. Still get it wrong. Second time going here and first time leaving a review. Avoid this one and go elsewhere.

Fail. 2:45pm Wednesday May 25.I’m on my lunch break from work so I don’t have a ton of time, so I went into taco cabana for a quick lunch. I’m still hungry though, and driving back to work because no one was there.There were one or two people eating at tables, but no staff anywhere. I literally waited, with the other people in line, for at least 5 minutes and nothing. I even said, “hello??” kinda loud towards the kitchen. Nothing. Where tf was everyone? Its not like the entire staff could be going to the bathroom at the same time …or could they…? cough cough Well, wherever they were, I’m still super hungry and I don’t get lunch today. Have to drive back to work now. Not very Cabanatastic ?

The food was good but not the customer service. I had a great day until I came here. The girl that took our order was rude talking about me when i was trying to make her smile or at least laugh.

Picked up cater order earlier no customer service manner to say that's all your order and thank you! Thought it was just me and went back for lunch on Cinco de Mayo for lunch ordered a drink an food. Cashier hands me my drink and states will bring out food when done. Knowing they don't bring out food I sat on patio waited no food brought out or put in window. NO FOOD went in to inquire they had thrown my food away and was looking dumbfounded about it. Got money back an got the he'll out because now I'm HANGURRY! I WILL NEVER SET FOOD IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.!
