The Kluckin Chicken - Pasadena

Best chicken I've had in awhile. Everything was delicious. Glad to have spent money on food that ends up tasting good but not feeling like your gonna have a heart attack after.

The food was nooooootttt goood at all. Felt like it waste of money. The Mac and cheese looks very unwanted and if it's been sitting there and all watery. THE MAC AND CHEESE IS DISGUSTING. The vibe is not there. I asked the lady what she would recommend and she didn't know, she was on her phone the whole time. The sandwiches were cold. I would honestly say don't waste your time coming here.

Have wanted to try the chicken here. Ordered for the office and everyone love the food. Fries were great and the size of the tenders were huge!

The chicken was juicy with a nice crunch but my medium spice-level didn't have much seasoning on it at all so it had no red color like many of the photos. I'd give this place 5 stars if my chicken had more seasoning on it, especially since it's hard to find a fried chicken place open late in this area. Friendly staff and it's really clean inside. Will be back but guess I need to order the hot level next time for more seasoning.

Honestly, it’s sad reading all these other fake reviews. This place is family owned, kind and community oriented. Every time I come here I’ve been greeted and treated with kindness and care. The food is great and they are super fast.It’s sad that one young employee (not a family member of the owner) has caused so many internet trolls to do this.Keyboard warriors, you don’t know that you’re hurting a wonderful gem in our community!
