Vallarta Supermarkets - Pasadena

Best market I have been. Great customer service and very helpful! The fresh produce laid out very well. The fresh meat is available to any cut, the seafood, cheese, and chorizo counter and the fresh tortilleria. The price is reasonable. The fresh bakery, tamales, and other food items, including sushi, are available from early morning. I tried the tamales, and they were awesome. During my short stay at Pasadena, this was my go-to market.

Took 15mins to get 3 tacos and it wasn't even that busy. The tacos were subpar and I had to ask for salsa instead of them including it. Shop is clean, produce kind of subpar, a little pricey for what you get.

I recently had a stroke so my arm strength isn't a strong as it should be but today iwas shopping at vallearta and I had about 90 dollars in change after I purchased some groceries and when I went to put my money away I don't think I put it allthe way in my pocket it must of fell out in front of the register where I paid, when I couldn't find my money I went back to the store to see if anybody had turned it in but the manager that i talked to didn't see to care about my problem she just told me if some one turned it in it'll be there but if not then it's too bad. She didn't even seem concerned or even try to help me try to find it. A simple let me check the camera see where it could of fell but nothing she brushed me of more than anything. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they treat their customer's with a little more respect.

I haven't been go a Vallartas since I lived in Esco, I now live in AZ. This location seemed clean and well organized. I saw some of my favorites that I hadn't seen in years. I even saw some cookies my grandma and me used to eat when I was a little girl. Nothing like going back in time with something so simple. Thank you! I hope my next visit is just as good.

This is the best Latino Market in LOS!! So clean! food is delicious! Has all the food from your country even Spanish Chorizo! Reasonable prices. I love shopping here. It always makes me happy.
