Wendy's - Pasadena

The food is excellent, but the service could definitely be improved, especially regarding the availability of condiments and napkins. The young woman at the drive-thru during my late-night visit came across as a bit aloof, almost as if she was unhappy in her job. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

I often wonder why there’s never any line or wait for breakfast. Now I understand—it’s because the eggs are served straight from the refrigerator. Three times in a row, the eggs were actually colder than the cheese. I’m done with Wendy’s breakfast for good. I used to be a fan, but not anymore.

I had a fantastic experience here! I truly enjoyed both the food and the service. Food rating: 5/5.

Guess waiting 20+ minutes for some nuggets is the new normal here.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve experienced by far. The lack of judgement as I came in hung over from July 4th was the kicker. The manager is so kind, along with all the staff. She had exceptional customer service and communication skills. The store so so clean!!! The food was fresh!Food: 5/5
