I tried Wingman for the third time, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The mumbo sauce was overly excessive and not enjoyable at all. The boneless wings were extremely large, dry, and lacked flavor. The lemon pepper wings were greasy. Additionally, the chicken tenders had no seasoning. Each visit has left me dissatisfied, and I’ve decided it’s time to stop trying. I’ll just head over to America’s Best Wings up the street instead.
This restaurant has the best wings around! Their boneless wings are huge! You definitely need to try the boom boom sauce! One great aspect of this place is their commitment to the community; they always support their first responders. I rate it a perfect 10/10!
However, I did have an issue with the mac and cheese. They sold an 8oz portion for $4, and while I would have been fine with that price for homemade mac, it was clearly Kraft boxed mac and cheese. You can easily tell it's Kraft, so I suggest Wingman try using a different boxed mac. It's pretty noticeable and doesn’t blend well with the rest of the food. Overall, though, we loved the wings and will certainly be back for more!
Great service and delicious wings with a variety of sauces. The ambiance doesn’t quite match my personal taste, as it feels a bit too dark. However, it definitely has the potential to be an amazing sports bar! If you're a fan of spicy sauces, be sure to ask for the extra hot option that's not on the menu—it's fantastic!
