Wingstop - Pasadena

Being today Sunday, February 4 at 2:20 in the afternoon, I have received one of the worst experiences with a Latina girl who claims to be the manager, I demanded for 15 minutes to talk to the manager to file a formal complaint and they all refused to give me the name of the rude girl who claims to be, if you want to waste your time, eat badly, and be treated with rudeness and bad words, this is your ideal place.

The hell is wrong with these stores these days? Give me my food but make me wait 15 minutes to get my drink while you serve everyone else??? Do people have no sense?

I asked for hot lemon pepper as I have for years and the cashier very rudely told me no they couldn’t. I explained all I wanted was for the 2 flavors to be tossed together then she rudely explained that was never thing and they had changed the menu as of last week since I was there.

Placed my order through the Wingstop app. Fries were burnt and had absolutely NO seasoning ? Boneless lemmon pepper wings had no lemon pepper seasoning. Extremely disappointed and underwhelmed with my experience. Will not be returning to this location.
