Yuzu Shabu Grill - Pasadena

The entire restaurant was under construction, with TVs on the floor and kegs scattered everywhere. While the food was reasonably priced, our server only interacted with us twice throughout the entire meal.

The service was awful, the food was average at best, and it was overpriced for what it offered. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The service was quite poor. It was slow, and we had to repeatedly ask for water and refills. The menu advertised lunch prices at $26 for the standard all-you-can-eat option, but when we received our bill, it came to $37. The owner informed us that this was the weekend lunch price, but we were not warned about this change until we got the bill.

The first time in a hot pot restaurant and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the employees have informed new customers well.

The seafood plater was not fresh. And they didn’t have salmon on our plate as picture. The seafood isn’t fresh. It’s frozen. I expected more.The photos on yelp are deceiving. And the facility isn’t very clean. Then tables are sticky.
