My wife and I drove up to the trailer at 3:20 pm on April 22, 2023 and the young lady running it was out in the parking lot with friends. It took her a few minutes to enter the trailer then totally ignored us. I knocked on the window and she finally came over and said she'll be with us in a minute. We waited around 10 minutes and left. We have been coming there about 2 to 3 times a week and have had excellent service and great coffee. I hope this won't happen again.

The BEST, no fake crabcakes ever!!!!! And the hush puppies are a must-try! I can hardly wait to go back there again. Remember, weekends, only. We went there on Friday by chance, it was spring break and they were opened! We got lucky! From Lutz, we will never mind the bit of driving to Trinity!

I did not ask them yet if they organic beans or if they roast them themselvesand if it is fair trade coffee.Because I just wanted to know the experience and taste, since I have a very high expectation of what is a good cup of Capuccino. Even Starbucks often doesn't come close to what I hope for.RESULT: I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still on Earth. They far exceeded my expectations. SUPERB.... and very friendly baristas.

I love this place but ever since hurricane Ian I never see it open! It's a shame. Please come back!
