Rick's Cafe - Pasco County

We ordered a breakfast special that comes with coffee. The potatoes were burnt on the bottoms. The omelet was okay. Our server had an attitude. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. It took forever for her to take our order. We flagged her down to let her know that we were ready to place our order. She said she'd be right back. But... she kept serving coffee refills and taking other people's orders of customers who had just arrived. Other families were getting their food first, even though they arrived after us, and our waitress didn't even take our order yet. Our coffee cup sat empty most of the time. It was sad. Overall, it was our first time there... and our last! Parking: Plaza
