Not pictures, but try their kansi (p265). the young who drove the place gave us a taste and it's better than sarsa! will surely be for it again!
When they visit industrial food loft in ugong, pasig, I suggest that they buy food from one of the twelve food stands at the place called opsters. they offer home cooked meals of negros and I should say that from the nine food stuffs I have to buy from is their one of the best in the opposite. Opsters in Industrie Food Loft serves Negrenese food. Their Kansi is pretty good. Nice sour soup in the bulalo style with good chunks of tender beef shank in bone. Like in Bacolod they use a local fruit batwan that gives the broth it's sour taste. Would be perfect to have on a rainy day!
