What an experience, so much better than other wineries I have made, no rushing experience and no huge amount. Our server was informed about the grapes and other questions we had. They separate cheese and meatboards, but you can combine them at a reasonable price. The tasting costs 45 per person, but if you buy 3 bottles, the fee is discarded (I ended with 6). I liked 3 of 5 wines, my father liked them all. They also had a telephone charging station!!! The only thing I was a little surprised was the bathroom situation, 2 stands for the women's room (maybe they have more, but for a place that was big was not expected). Would definitely return and recommend.
The view is spectacular. There is a panoramic view from the hill, you can really not beat it. The view is probably expected to be in the $50 tasting price. They also have some food options available. We had a nice meat and cheese carcuterie board, just be careful when you do a combo, it is that you order both and do not share half and half. Amanda makes our wine tasting was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You have some excellent wines especially those that are not found in your normal retail store.
It must be one of the best views in Paso Robles. The wines were beautiful and host was great. We didn't try the food because our tasting was at 10:15. Wait, do I really say it was too early for lunch, but not wine?? I'm a must on your Paso Trip!
You have to experience this place! We've been here for over 12 years. So much has changed! The view is still breathtaking and the wine is even better than I remember. But I must tell you that you come here and eat the food!!!!!! I'm a foodie and everything we tasted was amazing. I'm not lying. The steak cooked nicely and the mushrooms made the dishes. Mushrooms even in salad were above the top super! Yes, the tasting was $45 pp, but with 2 bottles buy pp. You get what you pay for. Huge open spaces, very relaxing. Plan to spend some time here, give yourself a lot of time to get to your next winery... at least 2.5 hours later! Sooo good.
This vineyard is beautiful, definitely plan at least half a day to hang out in the seating areas. They do not sell wine by the glass, you have to purchase bottles. The charcuterie is worth it!!
