Il Cortile - Paso Robles

The food is a 5! Everything delicious. Unfortunately our table was seated directly under the air conditioning vent. The cold air blew on one in our party the entire time. Server could not do anything about it. I'm sure this wasn't the first time this happened. I strongly recommend getting an HVAC person to make some adjustment. It really put a damper on the experience.

The risotto at this restaurant was absolutely outstanding. It was loaded with black truffles and topped with a rich Parmesan cheese sauce. I could eat this dish every night of the week! The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4.

The food was immaculate, our server was great, and the restaurant offered such a lovely dinner experience.

Whenever we are in Paso Robles this is one of our MUST HAVE dining experiences. I could wax on and on about how amazing the service is, the delicious cocktails, the to-die-for food... Just go try it. Get the truffle beef carpaccio. Order two plates of it because one might as well be a damn tease with how amazingly delicious it is. Screw the counting carbs and revel in the indulgence of house made pastas. Every restaurant has its meh dish. We still haven 't found Il Cortile 's. Guess we will have to keep on coming back to find it...

Not sure what all the hype is about with this spot. lackluster food, stagnant menu and at best mediocre service. the blonde guy serving us played off like he knew wine when in fact he didn't really know much. pasta was small portioned and poorly priced. Would not return.
