Senor Sanchos - Paso Robles

Our waitress (female, petite blonde bob hair wearing a ball cap, has a wife was amazing! Took an 8 top less than an hour of closing. Only thing was the other staff didn't give usual service like chips and salsa, we almost felt rushed out but when we asked the busser, he made it happen so we got the full experience. You could tell the other staff was a bit relaxed, had to ask for a refill on drinks for being the only table but Tell our waitress she was so sweet and amazing! At least kudos to her great attitude, senior sanchos keeps consistency in their food quality even after all these years :

I haven't been to a Señor Sancho since it was on Spring street 20 years ago. When we used to train on the Central Coast with the Army. My daughters and I stopped by this place while traveling through and were very disappointed. The waiter was friendly but didn't ask me if everything was okay when I took one bite of my food and sent it back. This is not authentic Mexican food, more like an Americanized attempt at Mexican food. Even Tex-Mex is better than this and I hate Tex-Mex food. I can not recommend this place at all. I'm sure there are much better Mexican restaurants in the area.

So this is my second time here. The only reason they get 3 Stars is for the Very salty Border Patrol Enchiladas. So I ordered the Border Patrol Enchilada. I actually got the add on of the additional one for a total of two. The flavor was extremely good except for they were Way to salty. I was trying to figure out why. Maybe it had to do with the black olives that were in them. I don't know for sure. So if you plan on ordering this item be very careful. My wife had the Fajitas Combo. It was just So So. She said the beef was not very tender. I have had better at other places. Just not really good flavor. Like always the Chips and Salsa was great. So my recommendation is that there are better Mexican restaurants in Paso and Atascadero.

Yeah they opened with inside dining just in time for hot weather. Amazing Cadillac margaritas, chicken tostadas and carnitas tacos. Feels so good to enjoy one our favorite restaurants senor sanchos is a treasure.

I wish I could give this place negative stars, I've had so many bad experiences here. RUN FROM HERE, go to Taco Rocco, Fish Guacho or Taco Bell instead, as there the food will taste better, be more reasonably priced and the staff will be competent. Tonight they forgot the tortillas that came with my togo order. Then they forgot the sour cream and avocado that comes with my burrito. I said no tomatoes on fish tacos, twice, had it read back to me, only to have them covered in tomatoes. How do you forget these things?! The staff has always been curt and abysmally slow. I paid $80 tonight for this. It's happened many times before. I cannot believe how bad this place is, in every aspect.
