Contribuisci feedbackI will never return to this location. The representative who took my order didn't seem to know how to prepare my sandwiches properly. The meat didn’t even cover the entire bun, and I had to ask for extra toppings twice. For a $20 order, I had to request more onions and black olives. If this is typical for this location, then the staff definitely needs some retraining. Maybe it was just my experience, but it left a lot to be desired.
The woman with blue hair who usually works there is quite rude and not very friendly towards customers. They seem to be understaffed, so it's often a bit chaotic. Despite her somewhat rude demeanor and the poor customer service, she is fairly quick and efficient. I have no complaints about the food, and the interior isn't too bad—I'd describe the ambiance as just okay. However, be careful not to mess up your order, as she tends to get very upset. From now on, I plan to go to a different subway location and will be telling everyone I know about my experience.

What genius manager schedules 1 employee to work during lunch rush hours? If u don’t have the right amount of staff to efficiently run the shop then just simply don’t open. Y’all are located around a bunch of warehouses most people are on a 30 min time frame y’all are wasting people time.
At this location, there is an employee who treats foreign customers very poorly. She is a girl with purple hair and facial piercings. I've experienced her rude behavior myself, and I've seen her treat other friends the same way. When she notices that someone doesn't speak English fluently or struggles to communicate, she makes unpleasant facial expressions while serving. On one occasion, when I approached her, she went to the back of the restaurant and asked her coworker to assist me instead. I've been visiting this place for about six months, and she is always there during weekday afternoons. It's hard to believe that someone with such a degrading attitude towards customers continues to work in a public-facing role.
