Abu Rass - Paterson

I’ve never written a review before, but this restaurant blew me away. The beef shawarma, tabbouleh salad, and hummus were absolutely amazing. The pita bread was incredibly fresh and soft. I can’t even express how delicious everything was!

Very delicious food, the only downside was the amount of rice was a very small portion.

So rich, but I'm sure it tastes like the dishes they make back home... yum!

The Fateh Eggplant was incredibly disappointing. Not only was it drenched in oil, but it also didn't resemble the traditional flavor of fateh at all. Instead, it was filled with sweet peppers and tasted more like salsa—absolutely unappetizing! The chef really needs to reconsider their recipe.
