Seasons change—Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall—but a girl always needs her coffee! Just visited Java Sip on March 11, 2022, and I’m currently enjoying my extra large hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. I'm a happy camper!

As someone who previously worked in the fast food industry, I strive to be understanding of the workers, but my experiences at this location have consistently been disappointing. They’ve messed up my order multiple times, often due to one particular employee. When I try to address the issue politely, they show no willingness to take responsibility or rectify the mistake. If I want my order corrected, I find myself having to pay again, which seems completely unfair. Why should I have to pay for their error? The service here is awful. You can only hope they get your order right, because if they don’t, they don’t seem to care.
